Dynamic Vinyasa 60min

A dynamic vinyasa class with creative & challenging sequencing to flow into your evening energy. Aimed at calming the mind & strengthening the body.

Power Yoga 60min

A sweaty vinyasa class that builds strength in body & mind through focusing on core connections & strong asana. These classes culivate focus & endurance- commanding you fully show up physically & mentally. They are playful & can accommodate injuries. We recommend you taking a few Dynamic Vinyasa classes before trying our Power Yoga. Not suitable for absolute beginners.

Big Yin 90min

Big yin is a 90min session designed to restore the nervous system. Each session combines  yin yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra & meditation to create space for radical rest & set you up for sleep.

A 7 day course designed for the end of January so you can settle into your new year & then explore expansion & transformation..

5 x 30 min live morning pranayama sessions

6 x recorded meditations

1 x 60 min live power yoga

1 x 2 hour live big yin to conclude the week
