A workshop that nurtures the natural rhythms of the body with yin yoga, meditation, sound healing & acupuncture. Hannah will begin the session with a yin yoga practice to ground & settle the nervous system; Alice will then deliver acupuncture during a sound bath targeting the liver and gallbladder meridians through the Wood element, the element of spring.

This workshop is a monthly opportunity to join a ritual of coming together to revive yourself. Of connecting to others whilst you reconnect with yourself, of recharging in a space that is safe, and nurturing mental, physical and emotional health. Each ritual honours the season we are in and we embrace May energy with a vinyasa flow, a pranayama sequence and a sound bath to expand within.
